Working predominantly with oil and digital mediums, Uther Aaron Brown is a contemporary Jamaican Canadian artist who focuses his work on impressionism. Born in Montego Bay Jamaica and raised in Brampton Canada, Aaron always had an interest in creating and has honed his curiosity in areas such as animation, video editing and graphic design, however traditional oil painting is his passion and medium of choice. Aaron takes influence from artists such as John Singer Sargent, Anders Zorn, Caravaggio and other Bravura painters while applying their techniques to his pieces. In his original portrait works, Aaron aims to capture abstract concepts through human expression as well as guiding the viewer's eye through colour contrast transition.

He now practices his craft in Chatham Ontario.
